Through the use of multiple sensors and monitors on presses, we are able to ensure dies are protected from damage and part quality is maintained. Additionally, parts are visually checked and inspected for correct dimensions throughout the production process.
Capabilities
From short run to long run, and using a variety of metals, we can handle your stamping needs. With a variety of presses, press brakes, drill presses, and tapping machines, we have material handling capabilities of up to 5000 pounds. If your parts need outside services such as deburring, plating or painting, our qualified outside vendors will meet the need and provide a quality finished product.
Safety
Because shop safety is key to producing exceptional metal stamping, all B and B equipment is setup with either automatic or manual safety equipment. The automatic presses include light curtains, die protection and tonnage monitors to ensure an excellent product outcome.
